Indian cucumber salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp black or brown mustard seed
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp caster sugar

Method

  1. Halve the cucumber lengthways, then scoop out the seeds and slice. Mix with mustard seeds, vinegar and sugar.
