We have a same breakfast throughout the 15 days and it consists of 1 fruit (orange, pear, peach, melon, watermelon, without banana and grape ) zwieback, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.
Day 1
Lunch: 1 Orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 pot of yogurt
Dinner: 2 tomatoes or boiled tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, ½ lettuce or 1 cucumber, 2 zwieback
Day 2

Dinner: 0.3 pounds of cooked beef, 1 tomato, 1 orange, 1 zwieback 1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar

Dinner: 0.3 pounds of cooked beef, 1 orange, 1 zwieback, 1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar
Day 4
Lunch: 0.3 pounds of cow cheese, 1 tomato, 1 zwieback
Dinner: 0.3 pounds of cooked beef, 2 tomatoes, 1 apple, 1 zwieback
Day 5
Lunch: 0.5 pounds of cooked fish meat, 1 tomato, 1 zwieback
Dinner: ½ pounds cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes), 1 boiled egg, 1 zwieback
NOTE FOR DIET PLANS:
The meat and vegetables boiled and spiced with unrefined ingredients
6th and 7th day without dieting
Do not drink alcohol during the diet regimen.
After the 5th day, you will lose from 5 to 10 pounds where after the two days break, you’ll repeat the diet 3 times (5 days + 2 days break) and you will lose around 33 pounds without any sideeffect . You will not return the lost pounds after the diet regimen if you eat normally, except every Monday.
You should consume the following food in Mondays:
Breakfast: 1 cup of lemon juice without sugar
Lunch: 1 apple, 1 zwieback
Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato, 1 zwieback
*All the above food can be taken hot or cold, but it is really important to be taken in the right order and do not omit any of mentioned before. If you do not consume the food in the correct order you would not achieve the desired effect !!!
